Company site
Privacy
This page describes company.sheetgenius.com and the purchase records SheetGenius, Inc. keeps for every product it sells. The products themselves have different data needs, so each one’s policy lives with the product.

What this company site handles
-
Site analytics
This site loads Google Analytics so we can understand visits, pages viewed, and outbound links. Google’s default web implementation uses a first-party
_gacookie and reports session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. Google describes that collection here. -
Messages you send
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of the message. We use them to answer the request and keep the conversation together.
This company site itself does not create product accounts or take payments; accounts and content live with each product under its own policy. Purchases are handled by the company and are covered in the next section.
Purchases across our products
SheetGenius, Inc. is the seller for every product in the portfolio, so purchase records are handled by the company rather than by each product separately.
-
What we receive
When you buy, we receive your billing email, the plan or item purchased, amount, currency, country, subscription and renewal state, and the outcome of each payment. We use it to give you access, send receipts and billing notices, handle refunds and disputes, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent abuse.
-
Card details go to Stripe, not to us
Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your card details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as SHEETGENIUS APPS.
-
How long we keep it
Purchase and payment records are kept as long as needed to run the account and to satisfy tax, accounting, and dispute obligations, which is usually several years, even after an account closes. Deleting an account does not delete the financial record of a completed purchase.
Product policies
Start with the policy for the product you use. It is the relevant source for that product’s accounts, content, payments, retention, and service providers.

Another portfolio product
Use the privacy link on that product’s site. If a policy is not available or does not answer the question, contact us before sending personal information.
Deleting your data
Each product lets you remove your own data, and each publishes the exact steps. Tell us the product and the account email if you would rather we handle it.
-
Deletion steps →
BitterClip
Disconnect a publishing integration, or delete recordings, clips, and the account itself.
-
Another portfolio product
Use the deletion or account-closure control in that product, or write to us and name the product and account email.
Purchase and payment records are an exception: we keep them for tax, accounting, and dispute obligations even after an account is deleted.
Questions and requests
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information. Tell us which product and account your request concerns so we can locate the right records.
Changes
We will update this page when the company site’s own data handling changes. Product policy changes are dated on the product’s policy page.
