A useful first message

Tell us the account email, the link to the episode or clip if you have one, and where you were working: the workspace in your browser, or an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Add the steps that led to the problem, what you expected instead, and roughly how long the recording is and where it came from.

Please leave out

Do not email passwords, passkeys, API keys, recovery codes, or a full payment-card number. Redact sensitive values from screenshots. Please do not attach the recording itself; a link to the episode is enough for us to look.
